I grew up in Scotland; first in the Highlands and then the country’s Capital, Edinburgh. There’s a lot of Scotch out there, and suffice to say I’ve has tried his fair share.
My name is Sean, and I now live in Austin, Texas. I decided to bring a few special bottles with him and now, I’m on a mission to help people discover the wondrous world of single malt Scotch whisky, whether in cask or glass.

I hold private, expert-led single malt Scotch whisky tastings in Austin, Texas. I also source quality barrels and bottles from across our proud wee nation by connecting with the custodians responsible for taking care of our precious liquid.
